Welcome to the newly renovated, 3 bedroom, Seven Bays Lake Place. This home is within walking distance to Lake Roosevelt's beautiful sandy beaches and the Seven Bays Marina. For a fun day of water sports launch your boat or rent one from the nearby marina.

 Don't forget your fishing poles to be able to enjoy Lake Roosevelt's excellent fishing. Work or learn remotely using our wi-fi. The house has plenty of parking and can accommodate multiple cars and boats. There is enough space to park in front of the house with your boat with additional parking on the side of the garage.

The large front porch and our comfortable patio furniture is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones and watching the wildlife that frequents the area. Use the gas grill for your barbecues conveniently located on the front porch. The fire chat table is perfect for keeping you warm while visiting outside on cooler nights. Log in to your apps from one of the Roku TVs to watch a show or a movie or choose a game or puzzle from our collection and play on our large kitchen table. Well behaved and house-trained pets welcome.

We are available via messaging or phone to assist you with any questions but otherwise we give our guests privacy to enjoy their stay.
